Effective tips to increase height

Height is an important factor worth considering when it comes to accessing the overall looks or personality of any person. It is true for both men and women. Good height is desired by all as it is a clear indicative of great outer looks. Regretfully, not all people are blessed with good height. Some people suffer from the problem of small height. This condition is called as puniness or dwarfism in medical science. It may be caused due to multiple factors such as nutritional deficiencies in the diet, genetic factors, environmental factors etc. Whatever the reason may be it is an evident fact that people with small height mostly suffer from low self-esteem and low self-confidence.   1. Physical activity or exercises do have a positive effect on the overall growth and development of a person. Same is true for height as well.   3. Ashwagandha root which is also known as winter cherry or Indian ginseng can also be used to increase height. Take powdered form of Ashwagandha root and mix sugar in it. Blend the mixture and use the same along with milk at night time continuously for 45 days to have the desired results.
  4. Alternatively, you can take Ashwagandha powder and add black sesame to it and grind them well. Then add this mixture with date palm fruits so as to be consumed with cow’s butter. Repeat the same remedy for around 40 days and have the benefits.
  5. Incorporate lots of protein and Vitamin D content in your diet as it helps in increasing height naturally. For this, you can take foods such as legumes, lean meat, egg white, tofu etc. Apart from this, take sun bath as it helps in supplying sufficient amount of Vitamin D to your body.
  6. In addition to this, you must ensure that your body gets all the essential nutrients required for its normal functions. For this, you may take lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, juices, whole grains, milk, cheese, cereals, rice etc. in your daily diet.
