  3. Lavender – Inhaling lavender oil gives much relaxation from anxiety. Scenting the living and workplaces with lavender oil is also good to stay away from this problem. Lavender works like a strong anti-anxiety medication.
  4. Lemon Balm – Available in the form of tincture and capsules, this product gives sufficient relief from anxiety. Combined with other herbs including chamomile, hops and valerian; it gives excellent results.
  5. Omega-3s –Making use of mixed omega-3 fatty acids in regular manners is good to stay relaxed and enjoy anxiety-free life. You can find them in oily and cold-water fishes like salmon etc.
  6. Passionflower – Enriched with sedative features; this herb is good for nervous restlessness. Symptoms of anxiety can be reduced greatly with its even use. Persons suffering from insomnia are benefited with this herb.
  7. Velerian – This herb acts like a strong sleep aid agent. It is recommended for sleep problems because of anxiety. Available in the form of tincture or capsules, it may be taken in the evenings.

Do Take breakfast – Skipping breakfast due to anxiety is not good. Anxious persons must take eggs that are enriched with satiating and filling proteins and contain choline. Decreased choline may lead to anxiety.
